Nicole is a graduate of Virginia Tech and California Western School of Law, "Following law school, I worked as an HR specialist for the U.S. Navy, and later worked as an associate attorney with the business litigation law firm of Robert L. Shipley. From March 2007 to September 2010, I represented numerous North County businesses in state and federal court, in addition to administrative proceedings. During this same time, I completed a yoga teacher training program and I continue to participate within the local yoga community."

Paula is an HR professional with an expertise in Talent Management. She has worked in the High-tech, Energy, Telecommunications, and Service industries and currently works as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Mitchell International. Mitchell provides innovative and powerful solutions for workflow management to the Workers’ Compensation, Property & Casualty claims and Collision Repair industries.



Morrison Insurance Services

Sean has been in the group health insurance industry for over 12 years.  While a large portion of this time was back east working at UHC with companies ranging between 100 and 10,000 employees he has settled in to San Diego life over the last 7 years.  Now a partner at the largest independent health insurance brokerage in San Diego he is able to apply what he learned in the past to help service local San Diego companies.  While not busy with clients, Association of Corporate Growth and running San Diego Association of Health Underwriting his 3 year old and 18 month old keep him on his toes at home. 



Human Capital Management Consultant , Coastal Payroll

Paul graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in International Economics and later received his Masters degree from Gonzaga. Prior to joining Coastal Payroll in 2017 Paul was a District Sales Manager for Frito Lay and a Sales Manager for Lululemon Athletica. He was the first to graduate college and grad school in his family. He has completed three half Iron Man races, loves to backpack, and has been to 32 countries so far. In his free time Paul enjoys reading a great novel, hiking, finding new experiences, and traveling/exploring the world.



Director of Operations, Treeline

Cara plays an instrumental role in planning and managing Treeline's Business and People Operations. She is responsible for a wide range of activities in facilitating the growth of the organization and streamlining processes.  Cara has been the HR lead at the company for over five years, and within the role she applies heavy emphasis on Culture and building Psychological Safety in the Workplace. Before Treeline, Cara worked in both corporate and non-profit organizations across varying departments. She has degrees in economics, business and history, and has worked as an international volunteer. Cara's character and work ethic is greatly influenced by her longtime love for the sport of rugby, both as a player and a coach.



Partner, Possibilities Conssulting, Inc.

Ari brings a wealth of knowledge, entrepreneurial passion and international experience to Possibilities Consulting. He started his first business at the age of 22 in the aviation industry and added a second business in the technology field to his portfolio two years later. After almost a decade running his own businesses, Ari developed a passion for organizational development and human resources. Ari has spent the last five years working in the Israeli tech industry as a team leader of business services and a director of customer service, while completing his Masters Degree in Organizational Behavior and Development from the prestigious Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya. Ari loves to kayak, ski, sail, and travel. He is an avid pilot with a commercial pilots license and a proud husband and father.
